Most important, to me, is providing the most excellent service to my clients in order to earn your trust, referrals and repeated business. I have an extensive background in sales and customer service (over 30 years) …15 years in real estate alone. My background gives me the tools, knowledge and expertise to market, negotiate and sell your home. On the buy side, my experience enables me to advise my client of the property’s real value and to give them the correct information to put in a competitive offer. I have sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes to high end homes all over Wayne, Monroe and Ontario counties. I never pressure my clients to buy more than they can afford, nor do I push them to purchase one of the first 5 they see. I always tell them they will know when they find the right house and I do not care how many houses I have to show them!!   All I want them to do is look at me and tell me they love the house; I don’t want them to just settle. I treat you they way I would want to be treated if the rolls were reversed. I value my clients and appreciate their referrals and repeat business.

What should be most important when you are in search of a real estate agent is the integrity of that agent. Are they going to spend the time with you, do they answer their phones, are they going to explain the process and advise you, are they looking out for your best interest or is this just another transaction for them? Also, do not get caught up is the company the agent works for…that kind of irrelevant…the agent is what makes the company and what brings the results…it’s the person and I am hoping I am that person for you!
